Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 20Bet (operated by Apex Digital Entertainment Inc., “we,” “us,” or “our”), licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years old or above to register an account or use 20Bet.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online sports betting and casino gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You may only hold one account per person. Duplicate accounts, whether by the same individual or linked through shared households, devices, or payment details, are prohibited and may result in account closure.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in restricted account access or forfeiture of funds and winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods supported by 20Bet, including e-wallets, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered under your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
  • We reserve the right to conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large transactions or first-time withdrawal requests.

Bonuses and Promotions

  • All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposits, and eligibility restrictions.
  • Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be stacked.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel bonuses and associated winnings if a player is found to be abusing a promotion, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Responsible Gambling

  • 20Bet is committed to promoting responsible play. Players may request deposit limits, time-outs, or self-exclusion through our customer support team.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable concern about a player’s wellbeing or ability to gamble responsibly.
  • Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are encouraged to seek support from a licensed professional or a responsible gambling organization.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
  • Exploit software errors, payment glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for personal gain.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Collude with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.
  • Attempt to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

Betting Rules

  • All bets are final once placed and confirmed, except where a Cashout option is used and accepted before settlement.
  • Odds and betting markets may be suspended or adjusted due to technical issues, event changes, or regulatory requirements.
  • In the event of a palpable error in odds or bet settlement, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 20Bet platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game software, and text, is owned by or licensed to Apex Digital Entertainment Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • 20Bet is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical issues, delays, or third-party payment processing errors.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the platform or other players. Any funds in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, promotions, or legal and regulatory requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 20Bet will first be addressed through our customer support team, and if unresolved, handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine legal procedures.
